ELECTRIC CORE DRILLING MACHINE, WITH VACUUM FACILITY

This machine, lightweight and easy to operate, has been designed to carry out drilling operations on concrete, reinforced concrete, asphalts etc.Thanks to its base made in pad form, it clings in few seconds to the wall by means of an electric vacuum pump supplied with it. This vacuum application makes the machine remain very sturdily anchored to the surface under test. This machine can drill in any horizontal, intermediate and vertical position, under the only condition that the surface is sufficiently flat to allow the vacuum attachment, thus eliminating all the anchoring problems given by a traditional core drilling machine. Another important advantage isits sturdiness added to its low weight, allowing a very easy manipulation and execution of the test.

It is driven by a special single-phase 220 volts two speeds gearbox electric motor speed reducer, complete with friction device, with built-in water swivel, having 2200 W power, 420 and 900 rpm coring speeds.

This core drilling machine is designed to core up to 200 mm. hole diameter.while the drilling depth is 550 mm.

The base frame is made from aluminium casting, complete with two wheels to facilitate site transport, and four lifting feet. All working and movement parts are cadmium plated for rust protection. while the base is painted.

This core drilling machine is supplied complete with electric drill motor, vacuum pump and connections, but without diamond bits,expander couplings, and spanner which must be ordered separately.
