DEFINITION

The portable gas leak detector has been developed for the purpose of detecting easily gas leakage from a gas pipe or gas equipment (heater, boilers, etc.) instead of detecting gas leakage by soap bubbles, as a smell of gas or with a general gas alarm devices

HOW TO USE

  • Push the power switch. It is be lighted to green colour with sound of the buzzer

  • It will buzz about a few seconds

  • After the buzzer stops, get the sensor of the detector close to the suspicious part of the gas equipment to confirm gas leakage

  • If it detects a gas leakage, a red colour is lighted on the lamp with the sound of the buzzer, in this case, do not be embarrassed, and immediately contact to Gas suppliers/ Gas facilities safety inspection

  • If it detects a static-electricity, a yellow colour is lighted on the lamp
