Determination of a closed cup flash point of fuel, lubricating oils and other inflammable liquids.

Alternative methods are available for highly viscous products, expected flash point under surrounding temperature as well as different methods to a rapid research of Flash Point.
Strictly in accordance with the above mentioned standards, the NPM 440 includes the latest contribution of the technology such as a large screen which allows to supervise the test process at distance.
In addition to the 5 methods required by standards, two other methods are provided: a quick search method for unknown value samples and a one for asphalts. Furthermore the dual detection system - thermal an ionization - allows to test samples containing water or silicone.
Changes in safety device parameters, direct keyboard calibrations, unit and language modifications, maintenance are now really easy thanks to the new use-friendly software.

    The fully automated Pensky Martens Flash Point Tester, delivered with ticket printer and software, a choice of 6 methods, an automatic barometric correction, a preheating facility, a stirrer motor provides two speeds, various functions such as auto-calibration, maintenance utilities, programmable safety cuts-out, choice of the language, selection of method to be performed by means of supervision software, gas flame connected to the gas network or to a cartridge.

    The instrument complies with the European Directives regarding operator and Environment safeties and is therefore bearing the CE label.
