    The Thermapen™ pocket thermometers utilise tried and tested electronic circuitry, designed for reliability and ease of use in the food and catering industry. The thermometers incorporate a clear digital display, with a precise read-out of temperature. Both "Low Battery" and "Open Circuit" indication are also displayed when applicable.

    The Thermapen™ is powered by a standard 12 volt MN21 alkaline battery, with a minimum life expectancy of up to 200 hours continuous use. Each thermometer is supplied complete with a detachable wrist strap, battery and instruction card.

    The Thermapen™ 1 measures temperature over the range of -49.9 to +199.9°C with a resolution of 0.1°C and an accuracy of �0.4°C �1 digit.

    The Thermapen™ 5 measures temperature over the range of -50 to +300°C with a resolution of 1°C and an accuracy of �1% �1 digit.


    Features

    The Thermapen™ is light in weight, at less than 100 grams including battery and probe. The casing is manufactured from high impact ABS plastic, designed to cope with routine day to day food and catering applications.

    The instrument incorporates an auto-power on/off facility turning the instrument on when the probe is in use, and automatically off after 5 minutes, which maximises battery life.

    Styled to fit into the palm of the hand, the Thermapen™ pocket thermometers incorporate a rigid, pointed stainless steel food penetration probe, which conveniently folds back into the side of the instrument when not in use. The thermometers are suitable for measuring a variety of chilled and cooked foods.

    The 2000 Series of hand held digital thermometers feature a custom, easy to read LCD display, with "°C", "Hold", "Open Circuit" and "Low Battery" indication. The instruments are battery powered by a standard 9 volt PP3 or MN1604 battery, with a minimum life expectancy of 150/175 hours continuous use.

    The 2001 measures temperature of the range of -50 to +1000°C in the 1°C mode and -49.9 to +199.9°C in the 0.1°C, with a resolution of 0.1 and 1°C and an accuracy of �1°C �0.5% in the 1°C mode and �0.5°C �1% in the 0.1°C mode.

    The 2002 measures temperature over the range of -49.9 to +199.9°C with a resolution of 0.1°C and an accuracy of �0.5°C �1%.

    The 2003 measures temperature over the range of -50 to +1000°C with a resoulution of 1°C and an accuracy of �1°C �0.5%.

    The 2000 Series incorporate, easy to use, silicone rubber key switches, which activate the various functions of the instrument. Conveniently located is the front mounted thermocouple probe socket, which allows a wide range of interchangeable thermocouple type 'K' probes to be connected to the instrument. Simply plug in the appropriate probe to measure temperature almost anywhere instantly.

    The Therma Series of hand held digital thermometers operate through the range of -49.9 to +1000°C with a 0.1°C or 1°C resolution.

    The Therma 1 measures temperature of the range of -50 to +1000°C in the 1°C mode and -49.9 to +199.9°C in the 0.1°C, with a resolution of 0.1 and 1°C and an accuracy of �0.5°C �1%.

    The Therma 3 measures temperature over the range of -50 to +1000°C with a resolution of 1°C and an accuracy of �0.5°C �1 digit.

    The Therma 12 measures temperature over the range of -29.9 to +149.9°C with a resolution of 0.1°C and an accuracy of �0.5°C �1 digit.

    Conveniently located are both the side mounted on/off switch and the thermocouple probe socket positioned at the top of the instrument for ease of use. This enables a wide variety of probes to be used depending on your personal choice.     The MicroTherma 2 microprocessor based thermometers incorporate an easy to read, multi-function 3�-digit LCD display, with "Open Circuit", "Low Battery", "Hold" and "�C/�F" indication. The thermometers should never need re-calibrating, as the built-in microprocessor enables the thermometer to continuously and automatically carry out self-diagnostic re-calibration.

    The MicroTherma 2K utilises type 'K' thermocouple probes and measures temperature over the range of -200 to +1370°C with a 0.1/1°C and °F resolution, auto-ranging 0.1°C up to +199.9°C, 1°C thereafter.

    The MicroTherma 2 utilises type 'T' thermocouple probes and measures temperature over the range of -200 to +400°C with a 0.1/1°C and °F resolution, auto-ranging 0.1°C up to +199.9°C, 1°C thereafter.

    Both the MicroTherma 2K & 2T incorporate the benefit of recording both maximum and minimum readings, and a display hold facility.

    The Therma 20 thermistor thermometer has been specifically designed for use in the food and catering industry, measuring temperature to 0.1°C, over the range of -39.9 to +109.9°C, with a high system accuracy of �0.4°C. The thermometer incorporates an easy to use Lumberg screw locking type connector, allowing a range of interchangeable probes to be used.

    The Therma 20 is battery powered, featuring a large easy to read LCD display with "Open Circuit" and "Low Battery" indication. The instrument incorporates the additional benefits of an auto-power off facility which maximises battery life, turning the instrument off automatically after approximately 5 minutes.

    E.T.I. offer an extensive range of interchangeable thermistor probes covering most food and catering applications. A range of calibration test caps are also available for regularly checking the accuracy of each Therma 20 thermistor thermometer.
